At GrowersHouse, we want to ensure your cultivation success by offering a straightforward return process for all hydroponic equipment and gardening supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage to sensitive lighting or ventilation components during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the exterior of the shipping box and use a trackable shipping service to send the package to our returns processing center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for completeness and condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
